A Taste of Colorado will take place on August 29 through September 1 at Civic Center Park at Broadway and Colfax Avenue.
Denver Art Museum Friendship Pow Wow | This annual Pow Wow allows guests to experience a traditional Pow Wow on September 6, along with the pageantry. They also have the opportunity to participate in a community mural, browse vendor booths, enjoy fry bread, and even have the opportunity to win prizes.
Four Mile Historic Park Free Days | Get into the historic Four Mile Park for free on September 6, October 5, and November 7. This park takes you back to the historic Pioneer days of Colorado and is a great way to get out, enjoy fresh air, and learn about history.
U.S. Mint Tour | The U.S. Mint produces 50 million coins a day! Each coin is stamped with a tiny ‘D’ to represent Denver. Daily tours are available where you can see how a blank piece of metal is turned into a shiny coin.
Buffalo Bill’s Fall Round Up | On September 23 you’ll have the opportunity to meet Buffalo Bill, Annie Oakley, and a range of other famous faces at this living history exhibit that takes place at the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave.
